After Launch

Your website needs ongoing care.

Outdated plugins, unchecked backups, slower pages and unchanged content can reduce customer confidence and search performance.

This plan combines technical care with content publishing so one team can keep track of your website as a whole.

01

Website care

System updates, backups, security, uptime and technical issues are checked regularly.

02

Performance monitoring

We monitor speed, indexing and Search Console to identify significant issues.

03

Content publishing

Articles are developed around topics and questions relevant to your target customers.

Without Regular Care

Small problems can build up unnoticed.

A website may still load without everything working properly. Problems often become apparent only when forms stop arriving, pages slow down or the website becomes inaccessible.

Regular care helps detect and manage risks before they affect customers or business operations.

01

Overdue updates

Older WordPress versions, themes and plugins may have compatibility issues or unpatched security weaknesses.

02

Unreliable backups

Unchecked backups may be incomplete or fail to restore when your website needs them.

03

Declining performance

Databases, images, caches and plugins can add load over time, affecting the user experience.

04

Missed customer enquiries

Forms, email notifications, links and essential features can fail without any visible change to the website.

05

Outdated content

Outdated information can reduce customer confidence and limit opportunities to answer new searches.

06

Less predictable recovery costs

The longer a problem is left unresolved, the more complex diagnosis, data recovery and repairs can become.

Maintenance keeps your website working reliably.

Its purpose is to keep the website functional, maintain recovery copies, apply suitable updates and record its current condition. Monthly redesigns are not part of maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to know before you start.

How many articles and updates are included each month?

Care includes 4 articles and 5 update credits, Growth includes 8 articles and 10 credits, and Authority includes 15 articles and 20 credits. Page and product updates share the same credits. Articles have a separate allowance, and package allowances do not stack.

What counts as one small update?

One credit covers changes to text, prices, images or information in one section of an existing page using its original layout. For one existing product, changes to price, description and images submitted in one request count as one credit. Clients supply complete materials and information.

How do credits work for e-commerce?

Updating one existing product uses one credit. Adding one simple product without variations uses two credits, with complete information and images from the client. For example, Growth’s 10 credits can cover 10 existing products, 5 new simple products, or a mix of page and product work. Multiple product variations, bulk imports and bulk changes require a scope review and separate quotation.

Are daily stock and order management included?

Order management, payment processing and real-time stock monitoring are excluded. Manual stock changes can be requested using product credits, but this is not a daily store operations service. More active stores can request additional credits.

Why does a website need care if it still loads?

A website that loads may still have overdue updates, failed backups, forms that do not send notifications or gradually declining performance. Maintenance checks aspects that are not always visible on the front end.

What can happen without maintenance?

Risks include unpatched security weaknesses, plugin conflicts, slow pages, failed forms, broken links, outdated content and data loss without restorable backups. Not every website will experience every issue, but regular checks reduce the risk of problems remaining unnoticed.

How often will the website be checked and updated?

Main tasks follow the package’s monthly cycle. Detected critical issues take priority, while system updates, backup checks, performance, Search Console and content work are scheduled according to the website’s condition and plan scope.

Is maintenance the same as hosting?

No. Hosting provides the space and infrastructure for your website to be online. Maintenance looks after the website application through updates, backups, security and performance checks, and issue resolution. You still need hosting with a maintenance plan.

What happens in the first month?

We review WordPress, themes, plugins, backups, basic security, performance and available Search Console data. If there are major issues or a long gap in maintenance, we explain the priorities and advise whether recovery needs a separate scope.

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO helps search engines understand and discover pages. GEO adds answer structure, context, entities, FAQs and sources to make content clearer for search platforms and AI answer systems. We use both together.

Does alfatihstudio guarantee first-page rankings?

No. No one can control or guarantee organic rankings. We commit to the work listed in the package; results depend on competition, the domain’s condition, information quality and implementation time.

How are monthly articles prepared?

We research topics and keywords, prepare articles, add them to WordPress and apply basic optimisation. Clients must provide accurate business facts and review content involving industry-specific information.

Does each package cover only one website?

Yes. Each package price covers one website. Additional websites, large portals or complex e-commerce require a separate scope review.

Are hosting and domains included?

No. Hosting, domains, premium plugin licences and third-party services are charged separately. We can review your existing setup and suggest suitable options.

Can I add features or redesign the website under this plan?

Small information changes are included within your package credits. Feature development, complex new pages, bulk product entry and major redesigns are quoted separately so monthly maintenance can continue.

How long does it take to see SEO changes?

It varies by website and competition. Data generally needs to be evaluated over months rather than days. We recommend at least three months of consistent implementation.
