After Repairs
3 months of support for the repaired areas.
If the same issue, or an error directly caused by an area we repaired, recurs within three months of handover, we will review it.
What is excluded?
Unrelated new issues, third-party changes, new attacks, external platform changes, additional features, design changes and hosting or domain problems outside the original scope are assessed and charged separately.

Is the initial review really free?
Yes. The initial review helps us understand the symptoms and likely scope. In-depth investigation or recovery requiring additional time and access only proceeds after costs are agreed.
How long do repairs take?
Simple issues may be resolved quickly, while malware, system conflicts or major damage take longer. We provide a time estimate after the initial review.
What are priority repairs?
For an additional RM100, your request receives priority in our schedule. This depends on availability, access and the issue’s severity and does not guarantee a same-day resolution.
Can you repair a hacked website?
Yes. We can investigate malware, redirects, harmful files and signs of compromise. Recovery depends on the website’s condition, server and available backups.
Do you work with platforms other than WordPress?
Yes. We work with WordPress, WooCommerce, custom code and other platforms. We review the technology, access and platform limits before confirming whether repairs are possible.
Can the website be repaired without a rebuild?
Yes, if the foundations are sound and the issue can be isolated. If the system is outdated, unsupported or no longer economical to repair, we explain the rebuild option for your consideration.
How do you handle my website data and access?
We only request the access needed for investigation and repairs. Do not enter passwords in this form. We will request access details later through a more suitable method.
What does the 3-month support cover?
Support covers the same issue or errors directly caused by an area we repaired. New issues, third-party changes, new attacks and additional features are excluded.
